Group Wellness Manager

We are looking for a Group Wellness Manager to join our Corporate Operations team and lead the development of our wellness vision across a portfolio of distinctive luxury hotels.

This is an opportunity for a passionate wellness professional to move beyond the traditional spa environment and help make wellbeing an integral part of the entire guest journey.

Your mission

As Group Wellness Manager, you will define and continuously evolve our wellness strategy, creating distinctive experiences that combine spa, fitness, movement, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing.

Working closely with our General Managers, Spa Managers and operational teams, you will bring together strategy, creativity and operational expertise to ensure that each property delivers exceptional wellness experiences while preserving the unique character of its destination.

What you'll be doing

• Define and implement the Group Wellness Strategy across our hotels.
• Create signature wellness programmes, experiences and guest journeys.
• Establish operational standards and support Spa Managers in achieving excellence.
• Identify emerging wellness trends and translate them into authentic, locally inspired concepts.
• Drive wellness performance through guest satisfaction, revenue, utilisation and profitability.
• Lead the wellness workstream for new hotel openings and renovations.
• Coach and develop wellness teams, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Develop relationships with wellness practitioners, brands and partners.
• Champion sustainable, natural and locally rooted approaches to wellbeing.

Who we're looking for

You are a wellness professional with a strong luxury hospitality mindset , combining creativity and curiosity with solid operational and commercial understanding.

You bring 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury wellness, spa management or hospitality operations , ideally with exposure to multiple properties, hotel openings or wellness concept development. You are comfortable working across different cultures and destinations and enjoy inspiring and supporting operational teams.

Fluent English is essential, and additional languages are highly valued.
