Group Valuations Officer – (M/F)

Permanent position within the Group Performance Management Department. The Valuations Team coordinates the entire valuation process of the Group’s asset portfolio (€48.9 Bn as at December 31, 2025) and plays an active role in the Group’s financial communication.

Responsibilities

  • Group Valuation Governance and Coordination
  • Coordinate the bi‑annual valuation campaign across Europe and the United States.
  • Act as a central interface between local teams, external appraisers and auditors.
  • Ensure consistency, robustness and compliance with all relevant valuation standards.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regional teams on valuation matters including technical topics.
  • Advanced Valuation & Technical Analysis
  • Review, analyze and challenge valuation assumptions in collaboration with local teams.
  • Lead and perform the valuation of intangible assets, including service companies and the Westfield trademark.
  • Prepare and present valuation materials to the Management Board (including regular reviews with the CFO).
  • Support Investor Relations in market communications and Q&A.
  • Contribute to Net Asset Value and Group financial disclosures.
  • Knowledge Sharing, Process Improvement & Tools
  • Enhance valuation tools and methodologies across the Group.
  • Contribute to process simplification and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business school, engineering school or university in Finance.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in real estate valuation, transaction advisory, audit, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, cap rates, IFRS).
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders (management, appraisers, auditors).
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills (Excel, financial and reporting tools).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluently speaking English.
