YOUR ROLE

As Director of Audit and Transformation within the RCAI department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and executing the Group’s Information Systems audit strategy in order to provide independent assurance regarding IT and cyber risk management, the reliability, security and resilience of information systems, as well as regulatory and standards compliance.
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives within the department aimed at strengthening operational control across all Group functions, in coordination with all department directors.
  • Deploying and strengthening the governance of the I Control solution to accelerate deployment and optimize automated controls.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

IT Audit Strategy and Governance

  • Define the multi-year IT audit strategy aligned with the Group risk mapping, and develop the annual audit plan by integrating cyber, data, cloud, ERP, digital, and innovation challenges.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of technological and regulatory risks.

Management of IT Audit Assignments

  • Oversee IT audit assignments.
  • Ensure the quality, depth of analysis, and added value of the recommendations issued.
  • Monitor the implementation of IT action plans with the relevant teams.
  • Prepare IT audit summaries for Executive Management, the Audit Committee, and the Executive Committee (COMEX).
  • Contribute to internal communications regarding major IT risk management challenges.
  • Strengthen governance with business teams to ensure that solution developments align with business priorities.
  • Ensure deployment of the solution across countries in line with the defined roadmap.

Department Transformation Leadership

  • Lead the department’s Innovation Committee.
  • Oversee digitalization projects and AI initiatives.
  • Manage the department’s transformation projects, including the implementation of structured and regular reporting.
  • Deploy systematic and cross-functional communication initiatives across all department functions for top management.

Team Management and Development

  • Contribute to the leadership development of the Directors within the team.

The position reports to the Vice President in charge of the RCAI department.

Operational interface with all Group operational departments.

Management of a team of approximately fifteen employees.

Business travel is to be expected.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Higher education degree (engineering school, business school, or university) in IT or Audit.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in IT audit, consulting, or risk management, including team management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of information systems, cybersecurity, and transformation projects.
  • Experience in project management oversight.
  • Leadership, influencing skills, and ease interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic vision, results‑oriented mindset, and ability to drive change.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
