About the role

We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager to take charge of the Klaxoon product domain, particularly focusing on Wrike's visual collaboration features and enhancing the whiteboarding capabilities within the broader CWM platform. This role will involve not only developing and implementing the strategic direction for Wrike Whiteboards but also prioritizing essential aspects such as the fundamental whiteboard functionalities, the integration of artificial intelligence, applications tailored to specific industries, and strategies for customer retention.

What you'll do

• Define and articulate the vision along with a strategic roadmap for Klaxoon, with a particular emphasis on the core whiteboard experience and the integration of AI technologies.
• Improve the Klaxoon product experience to position it as a leading visual collaboration tool, aiming for increased adoption among Wrike users while pinpointing valuable use cases specific to various industries.
• Drive the creation of AI-focused research and development initiatives that foster innovative workflows within the product team.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of Product Managers, helping them evolve from feature management to becoming strategic leaders in product innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales to achieve shared objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective product discovery processes, ensuring that customer validation is at the forefront of product development.
• Make informed strategic choices that balance the needs of customers with product innovation and long-term business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading product teams or managing intricate product areas that involve multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of product management practices, including product discovery, customer validation, and roadmap development.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and a strong understanding of enterprise customer requirements.
• Capability to make strategic decisions that effectively balance customer needs, product innovation, and overarching business objectives.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across various departments including Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales.
• Experience in coaching and developing product managers to enhance their capabilities and performance.
• Understanding of AI-driven product strategies and the ability to identify unique applications in visual collaboration.
• Excellent judgment in user experience design, ensuring a balance between functionality, simplicity, and customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, or team collaboration software sectors.
• Knowledge of AI-driven workflows and their implications for product development.
• Proficiency in French is a plus, given that the team is primarily based in France.
• A forward-thinking approach with the ability to redefine product areas for an AI-centric future.
