The Record to Report (R2R) Group Process Owner (GPO) defines and owns the global Record to Report (R2R) strategy, covering chart of account management, general ledger accounting (incl. inventory, fixed assets, tax and intercompany accounting), close & consolidation accounting, financial control/reporting, business accounting.

The primary objectives are to elevate the Finance function to the next level and to strengthen its role as a business partner.

Role: Cross-functional leadership without direct hierarchical authority**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements

Supervise global enforcement and adoption of standard process core model, taking into consideration regional and local customization requirements

Identify and analyze drivers for sub or over-performance; proposing new designs and framed improvement initiatives towards process excellence (time, quality, efficiency, experience) based on business / value case for Group Finance arbitration

Communication and education

At least 8 to 10 years of accounting experience in international environment.

Proven financial audit or management consulting or business process outsourcing experience required**Functional & technical knowledge**Knowledge of GL accounting and reporting

Experience in working within a Business Services organization (advantageous)

Proven experience in process transformation**Transformation Skills**Ability to balance global consistency with business reality

Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complexity into clear guidance**Management skills & behavior**Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive global initiatives.
