In 2022, CMA CGM deployed a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution based on Onestream application for financial performance looking forward and consolidation for all the entities / activities of the Group. This solution is one of the drivers for Finance Transformation at CMA CGM. It automates reporting, provides new analysis capabilities, and meets the new challenges of looking forward to Shipping, Logistics and media activities.

You will join the FiPP Department (Finance Projects & Processes) which supports the Group’s Finance in its systems, process and organization development projects. In this role, you will report directly to the Domain Lead responsible for the Group Performance Domain.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

You will play a key role in enhancing EPM activities within the Financial Transformation department by driving the implementation of new projects and features for the Finance team, including innovative initiatives (AI/Machine Learning features). Your responsibilities will include leading functional workshops, drafting clear and detailed specifications / mockup, and ensuring the Onestream integrator fully understands the requirements and expectations. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the validation process to ensure the delivered functionalities meet the desired standards and secure the deployment.

Missions and responsibilities

• Document detailed business requirements, including use cases, and evaluate their level of complexity.
• Conduct impact analyses (change management, sourcing, data model impact,…) for each proposed change, assessing its effects on existing processes and infrastructure.
• Lead functional workshops and actively contribute to technical workshops to ensure alignment across teams.
• Perform pre-UAT testing and develop formalized test scripts to support the UAT process.
• Create comprehensive training materials tailored for end users to facilitate effective adoption.
• Provide hands-on support to end users, guiding them in using the application and coordinating with IT teams to address and resolve any defects

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling. Familiarity with the OneStream application or a similar Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution is highly preferred.
• You demonstrate autonomy and a proactive approach to your work.
• You show responsiveness and a high level of professional awareness.
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• You excel in analysis, synthesis, and writing.
