In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for **Group Key Account Manager** to drive the sales growth within the Key Chains Customers nationwide; and ensure the consistent execution of Biocodex’s commercial strategy at the assigned territories.
Within the Business Operations Department, the Group Key Account Manager will drive the sustainable growth and strategic partnerships by leading nationalwide key accounts that are innovative, collective, fair, and ecosystem-driven. In this position, the Group Key Account Manager will report directly to Sale Director.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES*** **Manages KAMs team** or a portfolio of key account clusters (e.g., all modern trade channels and key chains)
- Has a **strategic and supervisory role** — sets the overall direction, negotiates group chains level ontracts.* **Act as the single point of strategic coordination** between Biocodex Vietnam and key modern trade chains to ensure consistent, coherent, and effective account management nationwide.
- Focus on develop **innovative partnership models** with key accounts beyond traditional commercial approaches when strategy line reviewed and approved by management.
- Anticipate customer and market evolution to support new solutions, portfolios, and value propositions
- Contribute strategic insights to product portfolio strategy.
- Build **long-term, trust-based partnerships** with transparency, compliance, and mutual value creation.
- Ensure contractual, commercial, and operational practices are **ethical, compliant, and sustainable**
- Promote balanced relationships that respect both Biocodex strategy and market realities
- Monitor **sales performance**, providing regular **reports**, **analysis** and **solutions** to senior management/Sales Directors
- Communicate **trends/pricing** issues and other issues as it relates to sales.
- Develop, implement, and lead the strategic **joint business plans** for each assigned strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with other deparments (Marketing, Medical...) to plan, align and implement the companies’ **strategies and activities**.
- Collaborate with other department (HR, Medical...) in the recuiting, training, building competency model applied to the team and optimize the retention in the **resources.**
- Foster a **cooperative spirit** among team members, and cross marketing, medical, regulatory, supply chain and SFE to ensure the successful delivery of strategies.
- Spend at least 50% of the time on field for customer interactions.**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Educational background Bachelor’s degree in Business/Pharmaceutical.
- Professionnal experience : Significant experience of approximately 7 years in Key Pharmacy Chains within pharmaceutical industry;
- Technical masteries (softwares, sales techniques, Excel, presentation skills, Outlook, etc.)
- An interest in artificial intelligence and its application in the workplace is a prerequisite, as we actively encourage its adoption to boost innovation and performance on a daily basis. Language requirements
