Establish governance, consolidate plans, manage dependencies and risks, and give leaders clear visibility of progress and decisions.

International Odoo rollout

Coordinate deployment of the GCA Odoo Core Model across commercial subsidiaries, including Finance and Supply Chain workstreams, migration, UAT, training, cutover and hypercare.

  • Maintain the consolidated international deployment plan and critical path.
  • Coordinate business owners, Country Managers and implementation partners.
  • Ensure Core Model consistency and manage local deviations.
  • Oversee documentation, testing, training, go-live readiness and post-deployment hypercare.
  • Industrialise a repeatable country deployment methodology.

Data & AI transformation

  • Coordinate country Odoo data streams into Microsoft Fabric and the governed Group data cube.
  • Oversee Sales, Stock, combined KPIs, targets and Group/country reporting.
  • Coordinate secure Merlin consumption through Azure OpenAI, with data governance and role-based access.
  • Manage the optional HubSpot commercial activity and pipeline integration.
  • Challenge integrators, coordinate data owners, ensure reconciliation, adoption and operational handover.

  • Improve financial consolidation, cash visibility and back-office efficiency.
  • Coordinate requirements with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure the target ERP addresses Medical Device requirements, including traceability, lot/serial management, quality processes and applicable regulatory needs.
  • Coordinate integration with operational systems and the Group data architecture.
