GC Aesthetics is a leading global player in breast implants. GCA has manufacturing operations in France and sells its implant products globally in more than 70 countries (excluding North America) through direct and indirect sales teams.

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, the Group Head of IT defines and implements the Group’s IT strategy in collaboration with General Management and the Executive Committee.

You will play a key role in information systems architecture, cybersecurity, digital transformation and maintaining IT service delivery.

• Develop IT vision, strategy & roadmap and recommend solutions in line with the Group’s corporate strategy and budget
• Anticipate impact of changes in information technology and support management in making strategic IT decisions appropriate to the Group
• Drive strategic initiatives including ERP implementation
• Ensure the team maintains a high level of IT service delivery to the business
• Ensure IT processes, procedures, and protocols exist to optimize data flow
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented in all parts of GCA’s business
• Lead IT projects, organize steering and validation committees
• Define and monitor IT KPIs, ensuring clear and regular reporting to the CFO and Executive Committee
• Manage and develop the IT team

Profile required

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in leading an IT department
• Mastery of project management methodologies and business application/technology environments
• Strategic vision and capacity for innovation
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Rigorous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong knowledge of information systems, evolution, and cybersecurity standards
