Group Grading Expert (f/h)

Responsibilities

• Animate and govern the global Job Value Community of Practice. Drive cross‑divisional consistency, share best practices, and build a cohesive grading culture and documentation across Airbus.
• Partner directly with Senior HR leaders. Conduct Executive job evaluations, defend grading outcomes, run Executive Landscapes for Commercial Aircraft, and produce recurrent and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Contribute to shaping the strategy: Start with an AS‑IS mapping to propose a TO‑BE ambition.
• Drive digital transformation. Impulse the modernization of our grading processes and ways of working, own the Workday position grading framework, and lead strategic initiatives leveraging AI to bridge the gap between grading and salary offers.

Qualifications

• Possess behavioral agility to influence, challenge, and build trust with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed international environment.
• Have a proactive, innovative mindset. Look for ways to simplify processes and be excited by the potential of AI and digital tools (Workday, Google Suite) in HR.
• Bring deep, proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies—specifically the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) framework.
• Have excellent analytical and project‑management skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for quarterly Executive Landscape reviews.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
