DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Within Exclusive Networks Group, the Group FP&A team is responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all the affiliates, animating the various cycles (actuals and budget) as well as challenging the business rational in liaison with local Finance community.
You will report directly to the Head of Global FP&A, be based in Boulogne Billancourt (with 2 days work from home per week) and will interact closely, among others, with the Consolidation team and local Financial Directors.
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be in particular in charge of:
- Analyze the monthly reporting provided by several entities on a worldwide scope, ensuring all the data requested to conduct the Group reporting/analysis are provided on-time and are accurate for both P&L and Working Capital sides
- Compile for countries followed the adequate comments on variances of actuals vs. Last Year and Budget for P&L and B/S items (especially Working Capital indicators)
- Provide support to the countries' financial teams within dedicated scope on various day-to-day subjects
- Contribute to the monthly reporting for top management and for shareholders
- Be responsible for Group Opex/FTE analysis and follow-up, including specific analysis to be provided in common with HR Controller
- Be responsible for analysis on P&L specific natures of costs at Group level
- Participate to the Budget process monitoring at Group level
- Be responsible for Bonus calculation of various categories of employees within the Group
- Participate to the evolution of the reporting tools implemented
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Group Financial Planning and Analyst:
- Experience: 5-6 years in FP&A or Controlling roles, with prior experience in one of the Big Four accounting firm (audit or transaction services)
- Education: Master's degree in Finance from a top university or business school.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial indicators and accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Onestream and PowerBi is a plus).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
- Personal Attributes: Collaborative team player with high energy, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in learning and adapting to new challenges.
