Group Data Director: Data Governance Leader & Value Driver

QIMA is seeking a Group Data Director to transform data governance into strategic business value. You will chair the Data SteerCo, own the customer data model end to end, and hold binding arbitration on data definitions across teams to unlock measurable outcomes.

Collaborating with Commercial, Finance, RevOps and Engineering, you will define ontologies, data contracts and governance standards. Lead data products with clear ROI and SLAs, driving trust and growth.
