Group Cybersecurity Manager (CISO / RSSI) | Cosmetics & Beauty | Paris

We are currently leading a search for a newly created, high-visibility role within a booming international cosmetics & beauty leader.

In a context of growing cyber threats, tightening regulatory requirements, and accelerating digital transformation, the group is at a pivotal moment and looking to heavily reinforce its cybersecurity posture.

They are seeking a Group Cybersecurity Manager (CISO / RSSI).

Objective

• Strategy & compliance: Design and implement robust security frameworks (PSSI, ISO 27001, PCA/PRA, Azure audits) to protect the infrastructure and ensure alignment with international standards.
• AI Governance: Act as the strategic lead on modern tech challenges, specifically tackling Shadow IT and Shadow AI through clear rationalization policies.
• Process & leadership: Build the core governance, structuring documentation, defining RACI matrixes, setting up crisis communication plans, and challenging external partners/vendors.

Requirements

• Technical foundations: A solid core knowledge of system, network, security, and AI fundamentals.
• Experience: A minimum of 4–5 years of corporate experience in cybersecurity (excluding sole internships or apprenticeships).
• Leadership: Ability to operationally manage external consultants and support them in their daily missions.

• Reporting to: Global CIO
• Location: Paris, France
• Scope: Worldwide - Europe, US, Canada, and China.
