YOUR ROLE

The Manager, Business Process Excellence & Compliance leads and delivers cross-functional projects to support and ensure environmental regulatory compliance, and digital transformation in a robust and consistent ecosystem. The role translates business needs, regulatory requirements and operational constraints into clear processes, reliable data, effective governance and actionable project roadmaps.

Acting as a key coordination point between business teams, IT and senior stakeholders, the position contributes to harmonizing practices, improving decision-making and securing the successful implementation of strategic projects to the purpose.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to compliance, process improvement, data governance and digital transformation.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, operational constraints, regulatory expectations and IT capabilities.
• Define, implement and continuously improve governance frameworks, including roles and responsibilities, decision processes, documentation standards and escalation mechanisms.
• Scale-up AI power solutions.
• Structure and monitor project roadmaps, key milestones, risks, arbitration points and management reporting.
• Support data quality, consistency of methodologies and development of reporting or monitoring tools.
• Facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and change management across stakeholders.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

• Structured, autonomous and collaborative mindset, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of IMO DCS and EU MRV regulations
