Group Business & Asset Controller
We are looking for a business-oriented Asset & Business Controller to join our portfolio of 26 lifestyle hotels across Europe. In this key role, you will monitor asset performance across the group, partner closely with hotel leadership and corporate stakeholders, and contribute to asset management strategy, all while ensuring robust financial controlling and reporting.
Financial Planning & Business Controlling
- Prepare & coordinate budgets, forecasts, management reporting and ad hoc financial analyses across the portfolio (consolidation) and headquarters
- Lead and coordinate the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with Accounting & Finance Team
- Act as key business partner to General Managers and operational teams on controlling and performance topics
- Actively contribute to Business Reviews with hotel leadership teams
- Coordinate and anime the controlling and FP&A best practices accross the on-site team and the portfolio
- Monitor and challenge hotel performance through KPI analysis (RevPAR, GOP, flowthrough, NOP), detailed P&L reviews and benchmarking against budget and competitive set
- Track and review management fees, variable rent, CapEx and FF&E reserves to ensure alignment and compliance with asset strategy & lease agreement
- Contribute to the evaluation of value creation initiatives across the portfolio
- Support the development of BP, acquisition analyses and investment strategies in close collaboration with Asset Management team and CEO

Profile
- Strong experience of 5 to 10 years in Financial Controlling, ideally within hospitality or multi-site operations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong understanding of hotel P&L and financial reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
- Hands-on, detail-oriented and business-minded approach
