Group Account Director

• Participate in receiving client briefs and developing creative briefs
• Manage the operational, logistical, and financial oversight of campaign production
• Track budgets, timelines, specifications, creative work, partners, and vendors
• Conduct market and advertiser research
• Analyze competitors’ brand communication strategies
• Ensure proposals are consistent with the client’s brand platform and the agency’s creative ambition
• Strengthen client relationships on operational and strategic matters
• Oversee budget finances, including estimates, invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding payments
• Support clients in building a strong and distinctive brand

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in advertising
• At least 1 year of experience as a Group Account Director
• Passion for advertising, marketing, and new technologies
• Strong marketing and creative sensibility
• Proactive and able to make recommendations
• Curious and eager to learn
• Highly responsive
• Excellent organizational skills
