Job Overview
Join Arm as a Graduate Software and Automation Engineer in Nice, France! You will integrate with a motivated team of software engineers to maintain and improve various critical processes.
What you will do
- Support and improve final customers’ packages creation and validation workflows.
- Improve internal tools for automated execution and CPU design validation.
- Implement and optimize continuous integration and final customers’ packages infrastructure.
We are looking for individuals who
- Hold (or are on track to hold) a University degree by the programme start date—Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or related specialisation.
- Have relevant experience if holding an alternative degree.
- Can work collaboratively and positively with colleagues.
- Have strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Python programming and Linux‑based working environment.
Qualities that will help your application stand out
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of other programming and scripting languages is a plus.

Starting salary of €45,000 (Bachelor level) or €47,000 (Master level), alongside a comprehensive rewards package. You will have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm through mid‑year and year‑end reviews. You may also join the Graduate Committee to develop planning, networking and coordination skills.
