Graduate RF Engineer – Civil & Defence Communications (Paris)

At ATDI, we support organisations worldwide by enabling accurate modelling, simulation, and optimisation of radio communication systems across the full spectrum. To support continued growth, we are recruiting a Graduate / Early-Career RF Engineer to join our Paris-based team.

This role offers structured development across both civil and defence markets, combining technical engineering with consulting and customer engagement.

You will be trained and supported to contribute to:

• Radio network planning and spectrum management projects
• Coverage, interference, and technical coexistence studies
• Product demonstrations and customer-facing technical presentations
• Delivery of training on RF planning, spectrum engineering, and cartographic data management
• Pre‑sales technical support, including tenders, RFQs, and RFPs

The position suits a graduate or early‑career engineer with a strong technical foundation, a genuine interest in radiocommunications, and the ability to communicate clearly in both French and English. International travel and exposure to high‑impact projects form part of the role.

This is not a passive graduate position. It is a structured entry point into specialist RF consulting, with long‑term progression into senior engineering, consulting, or subject‑matter expert roles.
