• You will work closely with a core team and will have much responsibility to accomplish your own tasks independently

• Master's degree ideally from a business or engineering school or a Bachelor's degree with an additional year of professional experience
• Up to 3 years working experience in related field after graduation with a Master's degree, or up to 4 years working experience

• Significant international experience (studies/working/living for a minimum of 6 months) and intercultural orientation
• Open to a broad range of challenging experiences
• Outstanding social and communication skills
• Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Global perspective and desire to work abroad
• Excellent command of English and a second language is a strong advantage
• Motivation for international exchange and business trips abroad
