Graduate Engineer Program

We are looking for motivated young engineers to join our Graduate Engineer Program, designed to develop future specialist and leaders in our production operations in Veliko Tarnovo.

Main duties and responsibilities

Over a period of 2 years, participants will go through a structured rotation plan across all key departments of the plant – including raw material management, mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, production processes, laboratory tests and quality.

Requirements

• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Forestry
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic industrial environment
• Analytical competences and proactive attitude
• Team player with powerful communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent command of English and / or German
