The role

As a Cloud Solution Architect & AI Specialist, you will support customers in adopting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and architecting next-generation AI-powered solutions. You act as a trusted advisor, bridging business challenges with technical cloud infrastructure, showcasing how Google AI (Gemini Enterprise), Cloud Infrastructure (GKE), and Data services elevate productivity and automation. You partner closely with Sales, Delivery teams, and Customer stakeholders to design impactful, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery, Scoping & Client Engagement

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and assessments to capture technical and business requirements linked to Cloud Infrastructure and AI integration.
• Conduct organizational readiness evaluations for Generative AI adoption and modern workplace transformation programs.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into high-value use cases integrating enterprise data sources.

Solution Architecture & Delivery Design (GCP & AI)

• Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating:
  • Enterprise AI integration (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Agent Builders).
  • Advanced Cloud Infrastructure (GKE, Service Mesh, Hybrid/Multi-cloud networking).
  • Data Strategy & Integration (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, SQL, Dataflow) for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
• Prepare solution blueprints, detailed architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD), demos, and technical Proof of Concepts (PoC).
• Ensure the "Delivery-readiness" of proposed solutions, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Proposal Development & PreSales Activities

• Build compelling proposals, SOWs, effort estimates, and pricing models for GCP + AI-driven engagements.
• Respond to RFI/RFP requirements including technical validation, security architecture, and TCO analysis.
• Support deal closure by addressing technical objections related to data privacy, AI governance, and infrastructure scaling.

What we need to see from you

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure: Mastery of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), VPC networking, IAM, and Security.
• Strong experience in Data Integration: Capacity to connect enterprise data sources with AI models (ETL, API management, Vector Databases).
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI frameworks: Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and AI agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines to ensure architectural consistency.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and AI Governance (Responsible AI).

PreSales & Consulting Competencies

• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution design, and architecting complex cloud migrations.
• Excellent communication: capable of presenting to C-level and technical audiences.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps that deliver ROI.

Preferred Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Google Professional Data Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer
• Google Workspace Administrator (Bonus)
