Role Description
We are hiring an experienced Google Ads Optimization Specialist to improve performance across a portfolio of established enterprise accounts.
This is a dedicated optimization role for a practitioner who excels at diagnosing inefficiencies and unlocking incremental growth. You will be responsible for full account audits, restructuring, bid strategy refinement, budget reallocation, search term analysis, audience optimization, creative testing coordination, and landing page recommendations.
You will manage significant monthly budgets within corporate account structures, collaborate with account managers, analysts, and creative stakeholders, and take full ownership of efficiency metrics including CPA, ROAS, and conversion quality.
The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, a structured analytical approach, and proven experience operating in corporate environments with monthly invoicing and credit lines.
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a focus on optimization of existing large-scale accounts
- Proven track record improving CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume on accounts spending $50K+ per month
- Deep expertise across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video, and Demand Gen
- Strong proficiency in account auditing, restructuring, bid strategy management, and budget allocation
- Expert knowledge of conversion tracking validation, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling
- Experience with auction insights analysis, search term optimization, and audience refinement
- Advanced skills in Looker Studio and Excel / Google Sheets for performance analysis and forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders
Corporate Accounts and Credit Lines (Required)
- Hands-on experience optimizing corporate Google Ads accounts operating on monthly invoicing
- Working knowledge of Google Ads credit lines, including limit planning, spend pacing, and reconciliation
- Experience coordinating with Google Ads account representatives on billing, escalations, and strategic support
- Proficiency in MCC management, access governance, and policy compliance for enterprise structures
- Understanding of corporate reporting cycles, budget approvals, and month-end financial processes
Preferred
- Active Google Ads certifications in Search, Shopping, Display, and Measurement
- Experience with Google Ads Scripts, automated rules, and bulk optimization workflows
- Background in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B optimization programs
- Experience with incrementality testing, experiment design, and statistical evaluation
- Familiarity with French and broader EMEA markets, including multi-currency and localized campaigns
- Knowledge of first-party data strategies, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports
- Full ownership of optimization outcomes and efficiency gains
- Structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven working style
- Ability to identify root causes and prioritize high-impact actions
- Clear and professional communication of technical insights
