Position: Software Engineering Evaluator

Compensation: $150/hr

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Design verification mechanisms and agents to validate software engineering solutions and identify error patterns.
• Assess AI capabilities across the full software engineering lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to improve enterprise-grade AI-driven coding solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience at a top-tier product company.
• Strong expertise in building full-stack, production-grade applications using modern programming languages and tools.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code quality assessment.
• Ability to evaluate complex codebases and provide clear, structured feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
