Global Workplaces Manager

We’re hiring! Join a fast-growing international organisation as a Global Workplace Manager , on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to lead workplace operations, facilities management and office transformation projects across a multi-country portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on workplace professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing strategic workplace initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal and senior leadership to create exceptional workplace experiences while driving workplace efficiency, compliance and employee engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead workplace and facilities operations across multiple international office locations
• Drive office relocation, refurbishment and workplace transformation projects from planning through to delivery
• Manage relationships with landlords, property managers and external service providers
• Oversee workplace budgets, forecasting, cost control and vendor performance
• Ensure a safe, compliant and engaging workplace environment for employees
• Develop and implement workplace policies, processes and best practices
• Manage office moves, space planning and occupancy projects
• Support employee experience initiatives, onboarding programmes and workplace communications
• Coordinate facilities services including maintenance, cleaning, security and workplace infrastructure
• Partner with stakeholders across People, Finance and Leadership teams to deliver workplace strategy objectives
• Support business growth through scalable workplace solutions across existing and new locations
• Lead and develop local workplace coordinators and service providers where applicable

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a Global Workplace Manager, Workplace Manager, Facilities Manager or Office Operations role
• Strong experience managing office relocations , workplace fit-outs and workplace transformation projects
• Proven track record managing vendors, contracts and workplace service providers
• Experience owning and managing workplace budgets and expenditure
• Knowledge of workplace health & safety, compliance and facilities operations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong project management capability and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience supporting employee experience and workplace engagement programmes
• Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Fluency in French and English is essential
