Global Workplace & Travel Experience Lead
The Position
In a fast-growth and international context, we are seeking an experienced professional in organizational transformation and employee experience, capable of leading strategic projects focused on workplace optimization and travel management. This role is designed for someone with a proven track record in HR consulting or transformation, bringing strong change management and organizational design expertise.
Main Responsibilities
Workplace Transformation:
- Lead complex projects to reorganize and optimize work environments, aligned with the existing strategic framework.
- Deploy initiatives for digitalization and harmonization of workplace practices across multiple sites.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for employees and visitors globally.
Travel Management:
- Formulate and oversee the group's travel strategy.
- Ensure effective execution and alignment of travel policies across the organization.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure travel strategies support business goals.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop a team focused on workplace and travel experiences.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments such as HR, Sales, and Education.
- Promote a human-centered approach, ensuring employee satisfaction and well-being.
Change Management:
- Drive transformation projects, particularly in workplace optimization and digitalization.
- Align workplace initiatives with the company's strategic roadmap.
- Manage budgets and ensure project milestones are met.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the HR team to integrate workplace strategies with HR processes.
- Coordinate with the Real Estate department to ensure the alignment of physical spaces with company growth.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in HR consulting or organizational transformation (workplace strategy, change management).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive digital transformation.
- Strong leadership and ability to engage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in multi-site, international environments.
- Proficiency with digital tools and change management methodologies.
- Required skills: Change Management, Project Management, Team Leadership, budget management.
- Required languages: English, French.
