Global Wholesale & Retail Expansion Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global wholesale strategy across luxury department stores, boutiques, and mono-brand retail
• Identify, negotiate, and close agreements with key stockists, franchise partners, and retail destinations globally
• Build the seasonal selling calendar: showroom setup, market weeks, trunk shows, and order management pre and post-market
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team on range planning, merchandising, and cost planning
• Lead sales performance analysis and report directly to the CEO
• Represent Ashi Studio at international trade shows and key account events

Profile

• 15+ years in luxury fashion wholesale with a strong track record of opening new markets
• Existing network across European, GCC, and Asian luxury retailers and department stores
• Experience with mono-brand store rollouts and franchise/partner models
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and business planning skills
• Fluent in English; French or Arabic a plus
