Global Wet Food Formulation Specialist - R&D (Hybrid)

Mars France is seeking a Formula Development Specialist – WET to lead the development and optimization of global wet food formulas for Royal Canin. You will ensure nutritional consistency across markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams while leveraging your extensive knowledge in wet food manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in food science or related fields and have at least 7 years of experience in R&D within the pet food industry. Additional skills in project management and effective communication will be essential.
