Global Transformation Lead for Core ERP & LEAP

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Head of Core Transformation to lead the Gold and Crystal Brand Units’ transformation within the LEAP programme. You will own the integrated programme plan, manage risks, and collaborate with business, tech, HQ, and BU stakeholders to ensure go-live success.

The role requires extensive ERP/digital transformation experience, strong leadership, and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex global organisation.
