The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a central role in ensuring the flawless execution of Goldfield & Banks’ international trade marketing strategy.

This is a highly visible, cross‑functional role at the intersection of Brand, Sales and Digital, with worldwide exposure and close collaboration with our international distributors.

Beyond leading global trade marketing initiatives, you will provide functional leadership to our regional Trade Marketing & Sales Coordinators, ensuring alignment, consistency and operational excellence across all markets.

Your Mission

As Global Trade Marketing Manager, you will transform global marketing strategies into best‑in‑class execution across international markets.

You will work closely with Brand, Sales and Digital teams to coordinate product launches, retail activations and distributor marketing plans while ensuring that every market delivers a consistent premium brand experience.

You will also act as the central point of coordination for the international Trade Marketing community, driving collaboration, sharing best practices and supporting execution across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the international deployment of product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate global trade marketing initiatives across all markets.
• Support distributors in executing launches, activations and sell‑out programmes.
• Develop and implement trade marketing guidelines, tools and sales support materials.
• Ensure consistency of execution and premium brand standards worldwide.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving Brand, Sales and Digital teams.
• Manage international marketing calendars and project timelines.
• Monitor budgets, execution quality and key performance indicators.
• Analyse market feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide functional leadership to the regional Trade Marketing & Sales Coordinators.
• Facilitate communication, alignment and best‑practice sharing across regions.

About You

You are an organised, hands‑on and internationally minded marketing professional who enjoys transforming strategy into flawless execution.

You combine operational excellence with strong project management capabilities and naturally build collaborative relationships across functions and cultures.

You bring:

• Successful experience in International Trade Marketing, International Marketing or Brand Marketing within luxury beauty, ideally in niche fragrance
• Proven experience working with international distributors.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• An analytical mindset with budget management experience.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluent English and French.
