We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the People team. The role reports directly to the Head of People and will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution.
Who You Are:
- You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (8 years at least) and in-depth knowledge of C&B practices, particularly in the North American market.
- You have worked in a fast‑growing and international environment.
- You are structured and thorough with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- You can communicate efficiently and simplify complex concepts.
- You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team.
What You Will Do:
- Upgrade our C&B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain talent, benchmarking against best‑in‑class tech companies.
- Update and maintain compensation ranges according to strategy.
- Manage equity attributions.
- Ensure benefits competitiveness while aligning with Pigment’s strategy and stage.
- Hold regular meetings and negotiate with benefits providers, handling relationships.
- Deploy and manage the annual increases process worldwide in the Pigment Application.
- Automate and optimize C&B processes, campaigns, and workflows.
- Participate in global projects such as budget definition, forecasts, and ad‑hoc analysis.
