Global Total Rewards Intern — Pay & Benefits Analytics

Egis Group is seeking a Total Rewards Intern to support its Global Reward team in Paris. This internship will provide you with hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits processes.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with annual pay cycles, supporting pay transparency initiatives, and conducting salary surveys. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Fluent English is required, as all communications will be in English.
