This summit forms part of Afreximbank’s strategic manpower and leadership planning and is designed to identify professionals with scarce technical expertise , strong international exposure, and a willingness to relocate.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend in‑person half‑day sessions in London, which include engagement with Afreximbank’s HR leadership and senior recruitment managers, a strategic presentation, networking, and an individual interview.

Who We’re Looking For
African or Caribbean professionals currently based in or near London
Mid‑to senior‑career professionals (typically 5–15+ years’ experience )
Proven track record in specialist or leadership roles
Ideally holders of two relevant degrees (Finance, Economics, Law, Business, Technology, etc.)
Fluency in English (French, Portuguese, or Arabic is highly preferred)
Willingness to relocate to Africa or the Caribbean
