Overall Mission
This highly visible role within the T&W division is about driving and sustaining excellence in the supply of raw materials and intermediates to manufacturing sites with the supply of finished products to customers. Reporting into the Global Head of Supply, you will cover a global scope, based in Budapest. You will collaborate with regional supply teams in the business, regional / global supply teams in GBS, Solution Excellence teams, Global Procurement and other supply chain functions.
You will:Lead deployment of supply-relevant global strategic and transformative business projects, in collaboration with other departments where relevant
Guide CI programs to improve working capital, costs, supply risk mitigation, agility and service following organisational strategy and goals
Be a liaison between regional supply teams and global F&F project teams, always advocating for the division's overall busi-ness interests
Work with Global Analytics to promote Indicator dashboards and reports related to Supply
Provide functional guidance to ensure regional and GBS supply teams to achieve their supply performance targets
Support supply crisis mitigation discussions and actions, in collaboration with Global Procurement and other supply chain functions
You:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
Professional Experience
At least 5 years' supply chain planning experience in Flavours, Fragrances, Natural Ingredients or related products, at least 2 of those years in an operational planning role
Project management experience
Hands-on experience in all of the following IT platforms: SAP ECC, SAP IBP, SAP BISupply management knowledge: S&OP, inventory, capacity, planning parameters, network design
Good proficiency in written and spoken English
APCIS CSCP and/or CPIM certification
Data collection, manipulation and analytic skills
Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others through formal and informal channels
Experience aggregating data in Excel and other data management tools
