In the Planning Directorate of the Operations Business Unit (BU), you will support customers in France and internationally by ensuring alignment of production plans with commercial demand, guaranteeing product availability to subsidiaries, and maintaining quality and stock levels across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Define launch dates for new products in each country and monitor product and packaging stock depletion.
  • Maintain data integrity of product information across information systems.
  • Control safety stock and lot size parameters for central and subsidiary stock levels, and implement corrective or clearance actions for shortages or excess.
  • Ensure industrial planning compliance against demand plans, identify stock‑out risks, and find optimal trade‑offs.
  • Summarise, arbitrate and communicate stock‑out risks with business and territory teams, and align with budgets, territorial forecasts and yearly commitments.
  • Monitor saturation levels of industrial equipment and critical suppliers to ensure production of your product ranges.
  • Actively participate in setting up, improving and harmonising business processes with the Supply team, especially with factories.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s level (Bac+5) in supply‑chain management, business school or engineering, with at least 3years of experience in flow planning (forecasting, procurement, plant scheduling).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of supply‑chain and inventory management processes in an industrial pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food‑distribution context.
  • Proficiency with Office applications, logistics information systems, ERP (SAP or equivalent) and data‑analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑driven, adaptable, proactive, customer‑service oriented.
  • Good relational skills and teamwork spirit to build trustful relationships with internal partners.
