Global Supply Chain Manager (Medical Device)

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Global Supply Chain Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for a portfolio of intra‑oral camera medical devices manufactured in Asia and distributed globally.

This is a key scale‑up role within a growing international organization building its supply chain capabilities for complex electronic medical devices. The role requires both strategic leadership and operational execution, with the ability to work effectively in a lean environment alongside a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global supply planning, forecasting, inventory, and purchase order management
• Manage the relationship and operational performance of the contract manufacturer and key suppliers
• Lead implementation and governance of a robust S&OP process
• Establish and drive a Manufacturing Review Board (MRB) with manufacturing partners
• Manage BOMs, product changes, and supply chain impacts across product variants
• Oversee DOA, returns, replacements, and after‑sales supply processes
• Partner closely with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations teams
• Lead cross‑functional projects related to supply chain scalability, product launches, and process improvements
• Define KPIs, reporting, and scalable processes to support international growth

You will be successful in this role if

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
• Experience in medical devices, electronics, or other regulated industries
• Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills
• Experience managing contract manufacturing and international suppliers, ideally in Asia
• Proven ability to build processes and operate effectively in scale‑up or fast‑growth environments
• Comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• You have a background in med‑tech, dental and/or ortho
• You have a high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
• You have a start‑up and/or scale‑up experience
