Global Strategic Sourcing Leader – Sterilisation

Stryker is seeking a senior leader to manage a globally dispersed team of category management professionals in Sterilisation. You will shape strategy, drive cost reductions, ensure quality and service levels, and partner with divisions to implement global plans.

You will lead negotiations, mentor talent, and coordinate across procurement, quality, engineering and finance to build a best‑in‑class sourcing organisation. 30–40% travel required.
