Title: Marketing Apprentice - September 2026 – Apprentice contract – Duration: 12 or 24 months – Start Date: September 2026

Program Description

We are thrilled to invite ambitious student candidates who would like to build a career in Salesforce to apply for our Apprenticeship Program - Marketing Path . This exciting program is designed to build the foundational skills for sales roles to begin a Salesforce sales careers. Our Apprenticeship program is a fully immersive experience, combining comprehensive learning paths with in‑role experience. You will be assigned an experienced Sales manager who will provide hands‑on coaching. By joining Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for a fast‑paced, successful career.

Role: Strategic Events Marketing Apprentice

Your role will be to promote Salesforce brand and products at our strategic events and related communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Strategic Events Lead, the Strategic Events Marketing Apprentice will work daily hand‑in‑hand with the full marketing team (press relations, field marketing, partner marketing) as well as with Sales, Solution Engineer, Partners alliances teams etc.
  • You will work closely with the Events team at EMEA and US levels as one team.
  • Support the organisation and execution of our French Salesforce Strategic events (e.g., Salesforce World Tour Paris, third‑party events). This involves event facilitation, logistics, internal communication, target audience engagement, vendor management, production aspects, and presentations. The role covers all audiences, industries, and products.
  • Work with cross‑functional internal teams to develop and successfully execute our strategic events programs.
  • Follow up project deadlines and delivery.
  • Drive audience acquisition by supporting and executing targeted registration strategies, through external and internal communication plans.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track registrations across different events activations.
  • Monitor and effectively utilise our event support tools to ensure the seamless execution and success of our events, such as registration tools, scanning tools, scoring tools in synchronization with our HQ and/or EMEA teams.
  • Analyse internal and external event best practices to develop innovative event concepts in order to engage new audiences and promote Salesforce brand.
  • Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors).
  • Complete pre‑ and post‑event assessment, ROI analysis, identifying recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate post‑event follow‑up activities, including gathering feedback from participants, ensuring proper communication of next steps, and analysing data to refine future event strategies and leads management strategy.
  • Understand Salesforce's DNA, brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging.

Required Qualifications

  • You are a 2027 or 2028 graduate (Master’s degree) from all academic backgrounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all local and international stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills (in English as well).
  • Fluent in French and in English language.
  • Good organisation skills with capability to manage projects and deadlines successfully in a collaborative and extremely fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in events management is a plus.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and good doer/team player mindset.
