Global Staffing & Solutions Operations Lead

Mistral in Paris is seeking a Solution Operations lead to partner with the Solution team and design end-to-end staffing strategies for AI deployments across regions. You will build scalable staffing processes, measure KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations and HR to align talent with customer needs.

This hands-on role combines strategy, operations and execution to accelerate pre-sales and post-sales motions.
