Global Social Media Marketing Specialist, Paris

About the role
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will create, manage and optimize engaging content across Cozycozy’s social media platforms. You will report directly to the Head of Influencer Marketing and take ownership of content creation and management for a 4‑6 month internship based in our Paris office.
Your mission
Develop visual and written content calendars tailored to different platforms to attract and engage the community.
Publish content regularly according to the defined strategy.
Create visual content (video and images) for global social media channels and ads.
Assist the Influencer Marketing team with UGC and influencer sourcing, outreach, and other related activities.
Plan social media posts in advance.
Analyze performance to optimize future actions.
Respond to comments and messages as the voice of Cozycozy.
Foster meaningful exchanges to maintain an active relationship with followers.
Identify opportunities to drive engagement.
Stay on top of social media trends and innovations.
Adapt content and strategy to anticipate community and brand needs.
About you
You are currently enrolled in a MA or MSc at a university in France.
You are an excellent communicator in both English and French; other languages are a plus.
You have previous experience managing social media; having a personal social media account is a plus.
You have a strong command of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., and enjoy exploring tools like Canva, Figma, Capcut.
You have strong creativity and aesthetic sense; a portfolio to share is a big plus.
You are naturally proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
You have strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate with teams easily.
