Global Services & Customer Success Leader

BUCHI Laboratory Equipment is seeking a Head of Global Services & Customer Success to lead the global post-sales business, covering service, support, applications, training, and customer success. The role entails managing a 30m CHF services portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in service leadership in a global B2B context, preferably in the life sciences sector. The position includes up to 40% travel, with opportunities to work across various BUCHI offices.
