Global Services & Customer Success Director

BUCHI Laboratory Equipment is seeking a Head of Global Services & Customer Success to own the global post‑sales business across regions, driving strategy, operations, and financial performance for a 30m CHF services portfolio. You will ensure outstanding customer experience, high equipment uptime, and profitable growth of recurring revenue.

The role requires leadership of regional leaders across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
