Global SAP Service Delivery Lead

L’Oréal is looking for an IT/SAP professional to join its Beauty Tech team in Europe. You will supervise IT support services, manage key relationships, and ensure release/deployment processes enable service delivery across multiple countries.

With a hybrid work policy (3 days in office, 2 days at home) and collaboration with offshore teams in India, you’ll contribute to continual service improvement while leveraging ITIL/ITSM practices and strong project management skills.
