Global Salesforce CRM Specialist - Support, Training & Adoption

CEVA Logistics in Marseille is seeking a Salesforce CRM Support Expert to join our global CRM team. You will administer the C-View platform, support international users, and drive adoption through training and documentation.

Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT, you will manage user access, perform data updates, test changes, and help ensure data quality and efficiency. Excellent English is mandatory; knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
