Global Sales Performance & Transformation Director, F&F Ingredients, P&B – Location: Grasse, France

The Global Sales Performance & Transformation Director drives sales performance management, reinforcing consistency, discipline, and execution across all regions for our BU Perfumery & Beauty. The role ensures strong end‑to‑end alignment and synchronization between Sales and key cross‑functional teams. It plays a central role in transforming ways of working, strengthening value tracking, and accelerating transformation through focused simplification and digital enablement.

Purpose/Mission

Steer the F&F Global Sales Roadmap, ensuring consistency with Ingredients Profit & Loss Unit’s long‑term plan and execution. Embed a strong Sales Performance culture through clear frameworks, metrics, and value tracking. Lead the Sales transformation and simplification agenda (back to basics), strengthening ways of working and accelerating digital adoption. Orchestrate end‑to‑end synchronization (Financial Planning, Demand Planning, Product strategy…). Lead targeted high‑impact initiatives to accelerate value creation (e.g., pricing, supply chain, digital…). Act as a trusted partner and sounding board to Sales leadership, owning Sales governance and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer the F&F Global Sales Roadmap, ensuring consistency with Ingredients Profit & Loss Unit’s long‑term plan and execution
  • Embed a strong Sales Performance culture through clear frameworks, metrics, and value tracking
  • Lead the Sales transformation and simplification agenda (back to basics), strengthening ways of working and accelerating digital adoption

You bring

  • Degree in Business Management, Sales, Finance, Ops or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, operations, pricing optimization, financial controlling, sales optimization, or a related role, preferably within the F&F ingredients industry
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to collect, structure, and analyse complex data sets to support decision‑making and maximize business impact
  • Solid business and financial acumen, combined with a collaborative mindset and strong team‑player attitude
  • Highly self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Strong drive, ownership mindset, and results oriented
  • Fluent in English mandatory; French and other languages will be a plus
