The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Global Sales Director will define and execute the global commercial strategy, leading an international sales organisation while accelerating growth across existing and new markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven executive with deep expertise in luxury beauty packaging and an established network across premium cosmetics and fragrance brands.
About You
You are an accomplished commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth within the luxury packaging or beauty industry.
You will ideally bring:
- 10+ years' experience in senior international sales leadership.
- Strong experience within luxury cosmetics, fragrance or premium packaging manufacturing.
- Existing relationships with global beauty groups such as L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, LVMH Beauty, Coty, Chanel, Puig, Shiseido or Interparfums.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic global accounts worth several million euros.
- Experience leading international sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in complex negotiations, pricing strategy and contract management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in an international environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
