Global Sales Compensation Leader — AI-Driven Incentives

Deel is seeking a Director of Sales Compensation to own our entire variable incentive strategy and execution. You will design and manage compensation plans for all quota-carrying roles, working with our CRO and RevOps to ensure incentives drive results and engagement.

You’ll lead a team and leverage AI to build scalable systems that replace manual processes, partnering with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success across regions.
