Global Retail P&L Leader — Strategy, Growth & Ops

Smoore is seeking a senior retail leader to own overseas retail end-to-end, translating HQ strategy into locally executable plans while owning P&L and building the teams and systems to grow market share. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking and the ability to operate at the store level.

You will drive KPI-aligned performance across markets, manage budgets, develop data-driven rhythms, standardize store tiering, and design training and incentives to lift productivity while ensuring
