Global Retail Excellence Leader

Christian Louboutin is seeking a Retail Excellence Senior Manager to elevate client experience and store performance worldwide. You will oversee the Retail Excellence program, monitor performance, and drive global retail operations in collaboration with markets and key global functions.

You will partner with Retail Excellence Director and market leaders to implement best practices, develop the retail community, and ensure a unified, premium customer journey across boutiques and channels.
