Global Remote Commercial Training & Competency Leader

Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and lead a global learning framework across regions from a fully remote position in France. You will collaborate with DBS leaders and regional teams to build scalable programs, strengthen sales capabilities, and ensure consistent execution of training initiatives.

You will shape and govern the learning ecosystem, drive competency development, and monitor outcomes to deliver measurable
