Global R&D Lead — Innovation & Product Strategy

ITW is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of new products via the Customer Back Innovation process and to sustain existing lines. You will collaborate with product management, operations, quality, and sales to deliver key milestones and provide technical support across the business.

Responsibilities include cost-saving initiatives, supplier evaluation, training, and cross-functional project management to ensure timely launches in a fast-paced environment. Travel as needed.
